Shipping, Returns & Order Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping for both physical and digital products
Physical Products
Physical items usually require 3–7 business days for preparation, testing, and packaging before shipment. Orders are shipped during normal business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
All shipments include a tracking number.
Please make sure your billing and shipping information is complete and correct. We cannot ship to incomplete or incorrect addresses, and delays caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it has been delivered to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is refused or rejected for reasons other than receiving incorrect items, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and return charges.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Physical product orders may only be canceled before shipment preparation begins.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, delivered, downloaded, activated, or accessed, cancellation and refund requests may not be accepted.
For digital goods and activated products, cancellations are not possible after delivery or activation.

If you are not fully satisfied with a physical product, Electronic Repair Company may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its own discretion within 5 business days from the return request date.
To qualify for a return:
Returns without the original packaging, accessories, or documents may not be accepted.
