Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping and Home Delivery
We offer the convenience of having your product delivered directly to your home through our available delivery services. Deliveries are conducted during regular business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. The risk of loss for all shipped products is assumed by the recipient. It's crucial that order details, such as the billing or shipping address, are accurate and complete to avoid delays. Shipments cannot be made to incomplete addresses. Should the delivery be rejected for reasons other than receiving the incorrect items, the customer agrees to bear the shipping costs outlined on the invoice.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed (indicated by clicking the Confirm Order button) and until it is received by the customer and returned to us, refunds cannot be processed. For those not fully satisfied with their purchases, we encourage a review of our return policy. Please note:
If a product does not meet your satisfaction, Electronic Repair Company may, at its discretion, exchange or refund the purchase within 5 business days from the return request date, adhering to the conditions below. Packaging and materials must remain in their original condition, with the product unused and unopened. Claims for shortages, misshipments, or misbillings must be made within 1 day of delivery. Returns are eligible only for replacement or merchandise credit, excluding any shipping costs. An Electronic Repair invoice copy must accompany all returns. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and documentation. Incomplete returns, or those missing items or documentation, will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid by the customer, who also bears all freight and shipping charges.

- Activated Tools/Software: No returns or cancellations are possible once activated.
- Digital Goods: As stated, returns or cancellations are not accepted. Contact us beforehand for advice.
- Activated Tools/Testers: No returns or cancellations post-activation.

- Digital Goods: Returns or cancellations are not supported. Contact us prior to ordering for guidance. Shipping charges are calculated based on the average weight and dimensions of packages, which may differ from the actual weight of products. These charges are determined during the finalization of your order before completion.
