Step 2: Decode FSC Once you have the FSC file, proceed with decoding: Go back to the FSC MAP menu. Select the "Decode FSC" button. Load the FSC file by clicking on "Load file" and browsing to the dump bin file location. Click on "Search" and browse to C:/EC:APPS/a hex. Move the Store FSC from the left to the right. Click on "Read" and save the file with the format FXXXXXX_0001B001.fsc for CIC or FXXXXXX_000DE001.fsc for NBT, where FXXXXXX represents your VIN.
