Why Remove EGR, DPF, and SCR/AdBlue?
These systems were made to reduce emissions, but they often bring extra headaches:
- DPF clogging
- AdBlue consumption issues
- EGR valve failures
- Frequent forced regens and downtime
⚠️ Important: Don't Mix and Match Deletes
Some folks ask to remove just the DPF while leaving the AdBlue system intact. That’s a shortcut we don’t recommend—and won’t support.
Why?
Because SCR/AdBlue systems rely on NOx sensor feedback. If you pull the DPF and keep SCR running, it’ll throw errors and eventually shut the system down. Always delete them together or just remove AdBlue and keep DPF/DOC active.

- High HP: 19L+ (QSK, QST)
- "IS" = Automotive use
- "QS" = Industrial
- Suffixes like "TA" = Turbocharged Aftercooled
- Letters like A, C, G = Application (Agriculture, Construction, Generator)
