2. 152004 – Ignition Circuit, Supply Voltage: Cylinder Bank or Engine Failure
What it means:
Loss of ignition voltage on one or more cylinders. This is typically caused by failure in the ignition driver ICs or internal supply voltage regulators.
Fix:
Check for blown components on the output driver stage. Also, inspect the condition of ignition coils and wiring to rule out external shorts before opening the ECU.

3. 1F0404 – DME Internal Fault: Multiple Output Stage Module SPI Communication Disrupted
What it means:
The microcontroller inside the ECU has lost communication with one or more output stages via the SPI bus. It’s a classic sign of corrupted internal communication—often due to burned components or a failed output stage IC.
Fix:
You’ll need to test SPI line continuity and functionality. Replace or reball affected output drivers or reprogram the microcontroller in some cases.

4. 1F4A08 – Overload-Protection Relay for Ignition and Fuel Injection: Not Picked Up
What it means:
The ECU isn’t able to control the relay that powers the ignition and injectors. That means the engine won’t start or will misfire heavily.
Fix:
Trace the signal path from the driver IC to the relay control pin. Test the driver’s output and look for any faulty transistors or resistors.

5. 20AB08 – Engine Cooling System: No Emergency Operation Signal at Coolant Pump
What it means:
The emergency signal sent to the coolant pump is missing—this could overheat the engine and lead to a breakdown.
