CAS4 (CAS4+) (include lost all key)
Menu->File Make Key->CAS4 or CAS4 (5M48H), select correct type, load EEPROM dump (BIN file)
Then the following window appear
is File Make Key window after load EEPROM dump.
Key ID show “FFFFFFFF” means this position not use;
show with other values mean there already have a key
CAS4 has 2 masks: 1L15Y and 5M48H

Usually this type belong to not encrypt version.
You can load EEPROM dump with any CAS4->F-Series type expect “CAS4->XEP100 MCU
(5M48H mask)”

This type have encrypt version and not encrypt version.
You can load EEPROM dump with “CAS4->XEP100 MCU (5M48H mask)” or

VVDI2-BMW VVDI2 – BMW can auto detect CAS4+ or not
This type have encrypt version and not encrypt version.
You can load EEPROM dump with “CAS4->XEP100 MCU (5M48H mask)” or

VVDI2-BMW VVDI2 – BMW can auto detect CAS4+ or not
CAS4+ can load dump with “CAS4+(5M48H)”
Select a blank key position,
input blank key to VVDI2 programmer,
press button “Make Dealer Key”
Not encrypt version will complete make key directly.
Encrypt version will appear the following window

1 - Add key with working key:
When you will get the last window
Select Have a working key
Select Have a working key
1) Take away blank key from VVDI2 programmer and input working key
2) Press NEXT, VVDI2 – BMW can read ISN from working key
3) After read ISN success, take away working key from VVDI2 programmer
and insert blank key accord VVDI2 – BMW message
4) Continue to finish make dealer key

2 - Lost All Key:
(Only 5M48H encrypt version have lost all key type). When get the last window
1) If you have ECU EEPROM dump file, load it and NEXT. Continue to finish
make dealer key
2) If you know ISN, select Known ISN type, type 16 bytes ISN and NEXT.

3) If you have either the ECU EEPROM dump nor ISN value, we don’t
support make dealer key

Success make dealer key need about 30 seconds,
the window may frozen at this time, just wait complete.
After complete make dealer key, there’s no new dump file.
You only need put the new key nearby ignition switch, and try to switch ignition ON, car will learn new key automatically.
Sometimes you need do this for several times. If the car can’t learn the key, enter into Key Learn and make sure your key position is not disabled. If it have disable status, you must enable it before learn
the window may frozen at this time, just wait complete.
After complete make dealer key, there’s no new dump file.
